Meeting Room Host
£9.52 per hour
Full time Monday – Friday
Are you available for initially 3 weeks possibly more?
Can you provide first class customer service?
Are you organised, good at multitasking with attention to detail?
WorkwithYork are working with their prestigious client based in York city centre who are looking for a Meeting Room Host.
Your key responsibilities will be to make sure all refreshments are set out and ready, the meeting rooms are organised and set up properly. Meeting rooms are quickly cleared and ready for the next meeting.
You will also act as a point of contact for delegates answering location questions and ensuring their visit is positive at all times.
You must be
- A good communicator
- Able to deliver first class customer service
- Be able to work to deadlines and cope with a busy workload
- Well presented and comfortable dealing with people face to face
