Income Officer – Customer Accounts – Part Time

Temporary Assignment June 2020 – September 2020


Our client based in York city centre is looking for an Income Officer to join their Customer Accounts team. This is a part time role – 18.5 hours per week and is paid at £10.30 per hour.

You must have experience working in customer accounts and have excellent outlook and excel skills.

Key Duties –

  • Responding to mailbox queries
  • Requesting invoices and credit notes
  • Processing refunds

Skills Needed –

  • Debt recovery experience
  • Accounts receivable / Raising debtors invoices
  • Advanced Outlook and Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.

The role is busy, varied and requires a confident approach with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
