Can you deal with difficult conversations communicated effectively on the phone?

We are WorkwithYork and we are working with our city centre client within their housing team. This will be an ongoing temporary assignment based at £9.52 per hour.

You will need:

  • Good telephone communication skills
  • Experience of dealing with difficult conservations with tact and diplomacy whilst being firm
  • Ideally a background in finance

This role requires a good standard of office administration with the ability to be flexible and to deal with varying workloads and environments.
