Final pay before Christmas 2016 will be Friday 23 December and this will be for hours worked up to and including Sunday 18th December 2016.

The timesheet deadline is the time by which confirmed hours must be authorised by a placement manager for payment at the end of the same week.
Please ensure more than one person is available to authorise your timesheets. Please discuss this with your placement manager and ask them to email email@example.com if you both agree we should set up an alternative authoriser in case they are off.
* Owing to very tight deadlines and high demand we will do our best to process these payments by the dates stated— in the event of problems or failed payments, we may not be able to resolve these until the banks re-open the following week.
Holiday requests including Bank Holidays
To request paid holiday over Christmas & New Year 2016 (19/12/2016 – 01/01/2017) please email firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Friday 16 December and if you are in a long term booking, please agree any days off with your placement manager.
If you are not working on a Bank Holiday and would like to be paid for this time off you MUST include this as part of your holiday request IT WILL NOT BE PAID AUTOMATICALLY. (The 8 Bank Holidays are taken into account when we work out your overall holiday entitlement).
Working on a Bank Holiday:
If you work on Sunday 25th, Monday 26th, Tuesday 27th December and/or Monday 2nd January please select the BH rate line on your timesheet to input your hours.
If you do not usually have a BH rate type on your timesheets, but will be working on one of these dates please ring us on 01904 551049 or email email@example.com to request this line no later than Friday 16th December 2016 and we can get this added for you.
